DivX Mobile Player 0.92 is beta software available for a limited time only. DivX Mobile Player will expire.
Below you will find download links for all the different DivX Mobile Player builds. Please download according to your phone's OS. You must subscribe to the DivX Mobile Community to access the download.

Please note that you DO NOT have to install the DivX Mobile Player if your phone is a DivX Certified device. For a full list of DivX Certified phones check out the phone list on the DivX Mobile website.

Unfortunately, many phones are incompatible with DivX Mobile Player. Unsupported phones include the following:

  • Pocket PC 2003 and earlier
  • Symbian OS 9.4 and 9.5 (Nokia 5800)
  • Symbian S60 2nd Edition and earlier
  • Symbian UIQ 2.0 and earlier
  • Palm Garnet OS
  • Apple iPhone
  • Blackberry

Samsung Omnia Activation Patch

Hello please use the link below to access the patch for the Samsung Omnia. The file is named "Omnia_Patch.cab".

This patch will allow you to activate the VOD (video-on-demand) functionality of your phone. Even without installing this patch, you can still play DivX files using the phones native browser by either launching the media player or selecting the file you want to play from you file library.

Instructions:

To use the patch the Omnia the user must:

1. Copy the .cab file onto the phone internal memory through ActiveSync.
(Alternatively, copy the file onto a microSD card and install into phone.)
2. Open File Explorer and locate the .cab file.
3. Open the .cab file and patch update will complete.

DivX Mobile Avatar To make things easier you can now download DivX Mobile Player directly here on DivX Labs, just Join the DivX Mobile Community and a whole new realm of possibilities will open up for you here. If you do not have a Labs account you need to sign up. Downloading from mobile.divx.com is of course also still an option.

An updated Beta version of DivX Mobile Player is now available for Windows Mobile PocketPC and Windows Mobile Smartphone. There is no update for Symbian at this time, but check back for an update soon. There is no version available for iPhone, Blackberry or Palm Garnet OS phones.

An updated Beta version of DivX Mobile Player is now available for Symbian Series 60, Symbian UIQ, Windows Mobile PocketPC and Windows Mobile Smartphone. If you aren't sure what your phone is, then it probably is not Symbian or Windows Mobile, sorry. There is no version available for Blackberry phones.

An updated Beta version of DivX Mobile Player is now available for Symbian Series 60, Symbian UIQ, Windows Mobile PocketPC and Windows Mobile Smartphone.
Registered users of stage6.divx.com can download the player from mobile.divx.com. Version 0.88 has improved audio/video synchronization and slight change to the look of the user interface. This version will expire on 1-Oct-2007.

DivX Mobile Player for Palm OS (Garnet) is planned to be discontinued, however there is an update (version 0.871) available that expires in October.
