How do I convert my videos to DivX?
Use DivX Converter, and choose the "Mobile" profile. For best results, change your settings to convert into DivX video at 24 or 30 fps, 320x240 resolution, 300 kbps video and 128 kbps stereo audio.

Using DivX Converter for Windows...

  1. Drag and drop a video onto Converter
  2. Converter should say 1 File in Queue
  3. Click on View List
  4. Click on Modify
  5. Set Certification Profile to Mobile Profile
  6. If you see an Advanced button, click on it
  7. Check Limit Total Average Bitrate
  8. Adjust Video, try something between 200 to 300
  9. Adjust Audio, try something between 96 to 128
  10. Click on OK
  11. Click on Convert
Which video formats are supported?
All DivX videos, including .avi and .divx files.
Which phones will play DivX video?
Any DivX Certified phone, and Smartphones or Pocket PCs that meet the DivX Mobile Player requirements will play DivX video.
What are the minimum requirements for playing DivX video on my phone?
If your phone is DivX Certified, it already supports DivX video playback. If not, you can still enjoy DivX video on your Windows Mobile or Symbian phone that meets these requirements.
Do I need to install anything to play DivX video on my phone?
If your phone isn't DivX Certified, simply download and install DivX Mobile Player to play DivX video on your phone.
How do I get the videos I want on my phone?
Point your phone browser to mm.divx.com to download videos from the Internet directly to your phone. You can also use a memory card or data cable to transfer videos from your computer to your phone.
How do I find my videos once they're on my phone?
If you have a DivX Certified phone, refer to the user manual. If you're using DivX Mobile Player, launch the application to locate your videos.
Can I send a video to a friend?
Yes, from your phone's browser menu, select the option to send a link of a video to a friend.
How do I mark a video as a favorite?
If you have a DivX Mobile Media account, simply choose a video or channel you like and select the option to add it as a favorite.
How much does it cost to download DivX videos to my phone?
DivX doesn't charge to access the mobile site, but your wireless carrier may charge you additional fees for connecting to the Internet. We recommend an unlimited or flat rate data plan to avoid additional charges.
