Windows 7 Ultimate
Even though I have Windows Ultimate when I try to install:
DivXTechPreviewMKVOnWin7
and
DivXH264CodecCLI_Beta1
I get a message saying it can only be run on Windows 7RC and above?
does anyone else have the same problem?

You're talking about trying to install the Tech Preview on Windows 7 RC 7100, right?
There's an issue with the installer script... can you try moving the installer to your desktop and run it as an administrator from there? This has been the workaround for people that run into this problem.
