I purchased a panasonic tv with ethernet connection and divx installed. installed code provided by tv online but when it gets to download activation video to insert into tv it greys out and a screen pops up unable to connect? help

I've emailed support several times on that one. I got the download video on my desktop but can't get on a DVD to player on my tv's dvd player. it plays 25 seconds of the video and then quits and goes back to the menu. if any divx support is reading .........PLEASE HELP!
