It would be nice if DivX Mobile Player could play DivX Plus files (MKV/H.264/AAC) but keep in mind that most DivX Plus files are much too large (1080p) for a mobile phone so you'd have to down-convert them anyway. And since you are converting, why not convert to DivX Mobile format (AVI/ASP/MP3)?
