Divx movies on my Apple iTouch
Hey All,
I'm pretty new to DiVx and I just need to some sound advice from you experts out there.
I have just brought a iTouch and would like to convert my Divx movies into a itouch format so that could i play them back on my itouch?
Any ideas would be helpful?
Thanks

i convert my a movie to .mp4 format with MelodyCan and then copy to iPod Touch. But it seems not an easy task to find a working converter for Vista! Did a quick Google, and of course about 300 programs popped up on some suspicious sites. I tested a couple of sites and detected MelodyCan converter. Their free trial is quite impressive and allows converting video and audio formats both protected and standard ones. Their URL is http://www.convert-any-media.com/
I just recently converted a movie to .mp4 format. How do i add it to my itouch?
Open up iTunes, and File > Import, and import it to your 'Movies' library that way. Next time you connect your iPod Touch, it will copy it over.
BTW, I now recommend Videora iPod touch Converter, as it is designed for the iPod Touch, it will automatically add the mp4 to your iTunes library and, of course, it's free!
thank you very much!
If you use Red Kawa's FREE PS3 Video 9, this will convert them to mp4's which work on the iPod Touch. I use setting "AVC 480p 1024kbps Stereo/128kbps" for mine - looks great on the Touch.
[EDIT: Actually, use Videora iPod touch Converter - it's a different version of the same program that is designed for the iPod Touch]
