cannot activate the player

Good evening
My name is rabsi and i´m a new member. Ilve in Austria and my english is not so good. Sorry!
I install the player, then i klick on the desktopicon and her write me:
cannot open. no find dpv11.dll . pleease try to install new.
I do it but the same. The player NO OPEN .
please help me.

Try to download the dll(1)

Try to download the dll(1) and extract it to %windir%\system32 (Start->run)

Lade dir die Datei(1) runter und entpacke sich nach %windir%\system32 (Bei start/ausführen eingeben)
