OfflineHi, I from Israel.my phone do not play films, despite the fact that what there is a support and vod.when i send the film (in a format divx) from the computer, it automatic converted.but when I try to play it on mobile, simply writes not supported kind of a file and opening the window with a code and with the request to pass support on vod.divx.com.but on a site divx in the list of supported devices this mobile phone not appear.It is informed only that for phones with support there is no necessity to download and instal mobile player because it already built in phone.in instructions applied on a mobile phone of absolutely anything about it is not written (the instruction on a Hebrew, original on English in the complete set is absent).maybe someone help me with settings, to eliminate this problem? And one more question-what is SThumbDB.tdb? this type of a file is not supported, but I do not know for what it is? thanks

Where did you acquire the film you are trying to play? Did you buy the film from a DivX Video On Demand service like http://warnervideolive.com ? Did you create the file yourself using DivX software like DivX Converter, DivX Author or Dr. DivX?
VOD purchased videos may not play on the S8300. The S8300 is "DivX Mobile" certified and there are currently no DivX Mobile videos available for sale. The S8300 might play some VOD files but if the video is larger than Mobile size, the file might not play smoothly.
When you create files yourself, use DivX software set on the Mobile profile. Larger videos may not play smoothly on the S8300.
Incompatible videos can usually be converted into DivX Mobile videos using software like DivX Converter.
