unable to install DivX Mobile Player v0.89 on n95
Hi every one
I am unable to install DivX Mobile Player v0.89 on my n95 it gives me a certificate expired message.
Please Help

if do u have still problem installation..then do one thing only..
just set ur cell phone date in previous year..
Example..
now its: 24 sep 2009.. you have to change it to 24 Sep 2007..or any suitable...wchich can solve ur prob easily..

how to install divx player in nikia n95 and how's its works plz tell me
Not managed to get this to install: I keep getting a certificate error. It doesn't tell me that it's expired, interestingly - just that there's a problem.
I've been able to install unsigned certificates, so I'm not sure what the problem is with this. I've also attempted to shift the date back, but that didn't work either.
Anyone got any ideas?
Edited to add:I managed to get it to install! To allow installing of unsigned applications go to Menu->Tools->App Manager->Options->Settings and change Software Installation to "All".
Tried it again, and it worked. Yay!
I have install divx.. but I can't open the videos on my device.. pliese halp me.. :s
DivX Mobile Player includes two demo videos. Can you play those videos?

I have found a solution that works. You have to create your own certificate and sign the application. Google for how to do it..
Hi everybody : Did someone succeed in installing this divx mobile Player On his N95 8gb... I tried several things nevertheless without result... I would be really pleased to be support by one expert ... I really Have a lot of thing to learn with my new mobile...

We regularly test DMP on an unlocked N95. However, some carriers may not allow you to install unsigned, 3rd party applications like DMP. Your phone may be locked such that you cannot install DMP.
Well all you need to do is change ur date settings to 2007- may or july.
once you install the software u can change the date back to current date.
I tested the divx software today, it kept on freezing every few seconds...
It should have been interesting... unfortunately it didn't work on my N95 8gb... I tried with 2006 06 and also return in the futur with 200802... no result always the same message "erreur de certificat, contacter le fournisseur de L'application" (certificate error, please contact your application provider"
What can we do ?

Try to install it on the PHONE memory and NOT to External Memory. It works for me. thanks.
