server crashes when adding mkv file

I'm sure something like this has been already asked a thousand times, but here I go

I added some MKV files to the latest Connected Server. It will successfully process one of the files, and then get stuck on processing the next one and then crash. I've tried restarting my computer, reinstalling and adding the files again but it happens every time. I checked out the file and it has Oggs Vorbis audio which I'm thinking could be a problem as even when it's apparently "Processing" the files I'm able to open it in my box and just watch the video but there is no audio.

I'm sure there is a simple fix for this :/
