this is the first time ive seen a web site that its takes this long to get help.is there only one person who is here to help people with questions?is this not a big company that employes enough people to do the job?i have the htc diamond i down loaded divx,its not working,is the phone compatable with divix ive read other questions about other htc phones an they get no answers as well

DivX Labs is primarily a community forum however there is a moderator (me). Sometimes it takes a few days to respond to requests but I do try to ensure all questions are answered.
DivX Mobile Player is free, beta software and there is no customer support for it (other than these forums). DivX does offer customer support for certified products but there are no DivX certified phones available from HTC.
