Not able to view video's using Web Player any help out there?

Ok I'm new to DIVX really a friend told me to try it out so I figured wth why not. So I install the bundle package and go to Stage6 to see if its working. I load a video I get sound but I get no video in the player just a scrambled bundle of colored lines moving from bottom to top of the player window. I then tried to go to a few other sites he told me of that had DIVX Video's on them. Some Movie Trailers and what not but I get the same result sound but no video. On one of the sites I was able to download a video to desktop and play it with another player np. So what am I doing wrong here that I'm not able to see the video in these files. Have I not installed something or do I need to get rid of something. The Bundle has a codex in it with a few other things so just not seeing the big picture here. Anyone got a clue on what I can do?
