I cannot get the dvd convertor/mpeg-2 plug-in to register. It does not even appear as a folder!

It does not appear among the items that I have purchased. There is no ALL PROGRAMS > DivX > DivX MPEG-2/DVD Plug-in folder on my PC.
WinXp Home, pentium 4, 2gigs ram. I bought the divx 7 pro, with the plugin (I thought)

I have uninstalled, reinstalled the whole of my Divx folder, even to the point of deleting any references to them in my reg-edit.

I put the license # into the Register Products portion of Divx Author 1.5 & it Does not work. It is the only item that is NOT registered.

There does not even exist a folder for the MPEG-2/DVD Plug-in on my computer.

I am stumped. Any ideas? I do have cowans jet audio, and can convert many files to any other files, as well as Nero, which also can produce DVDs. Could they be of any problem?

Have you tried entering the license number this way?

There is an ALL PROGRAMS > DivX > DivX Converter > Register Products item that should accept the license number for the MPEG-2 plug-in.
