This may be fixed by restarting the DivX Connected Server application.
If this does not help, you might also try testing to see if the
file itself is out of sync. You can do this by playing the file back on
your PC or another DivX Certified device.

I am aware of others having this issue and as I was browsing for reviews regarding a DVD player which my son and I purchased, one of the reviews gave a link for this problem. It is a Company's site and they have a firmware update for Toshiba DVD Video Player SD-4000. Apparently the serial # has to start with an "M". There are other Toshiba products listed there with firmware updates also. Hopefully this will be the solution for anyone having the "in sync" problems.
Note: when going to the toshiba link for the firmware, you may have to copy and paste in browser. The # sign does not end up in the hyperlink when copied from the site and pasted in email so I don't know if it will here. However, it is a part of the link in the browser at the site.

Apparently you download update, burn to disk, then run the disk on DVD player, or other product.
