I've got an N95 8GB. I grabbed the 0.89 version. It installs fine, but won't run.
When I start it, the interface flashes up for a second with a couple of videos in the list but then it exits back to the application menu faster than I can read the screen.
Has anyone seen this? Any workarounds?

I haven't heard this one before. Are you using the "Symbian OS S60 3rd Edition" version of DivX Mobile Player?

Some media in the Videos directory was causing the crash. I pulled everything out and now it starts fine.
ive got the same problem on a std n95
ive got the same problem on a standard n95. i only installed the program (0.89) yesterday and it seemed to work but when i loaded a divx file that runs perfectly on my laptop to the phone it only gave me sound, no picture...
is there a solution???
Demos work?
Do the two demo videos play properly? If so then you probably need to convert the video from your laptop.
