Not able to view divx video files in N70

Hello all,

i am new user to this forum. I bought n70 few days back. I just installed divx mobile. I copied divx video files in my memory card. whenever i am opening the file, it is saying "File Manager, unknown file format". I am not sure how to fix this. When i see in App manager, i saw DivX was installed properly.

Please guide me how to fix this issue.

I downloaded the latest version and it gives me the same message. But when I installed ver0.8 i could open the file but the image was rubbish.I see a black screen with green dots instead of the picture. but i could hear the sound of the movie. can anyone help pls?

Demos work?

DivX Mobile Player comes with two sample videos called Demo1 and Demo2. Do you have those files and do they play properly?

The other videos you have may not be DivX files. You can convert them using Dr. DivX or DivX Converter. For more information, see: http://labs.divx.com/node/894

Thanks alot for your reply. i dont have the two files you are asking me to look into ie Demo1 and Demo2. I downloaded DivX Mobile from labs.divx.com only. Interesting thing is it installed successfully. Though its not able to recognize DivX file. Infact i have Divx pro software and i converted an avi file to Divx file and trying to play that in my N70, but for some reason DivX is not recognizing that.

hi dear i have also an nokia n70 and i am new uses here i am completly gone please can u tell me where i can download the good player for my n70 and may be did need download divx codec please give me the adress link direct for i can download the better version divx player for n70 and some advice for instal it thank a lot friend
