DivX Player 2.0 for Mac – Beta 2

A lot comes with the transition from PowerPC to Intel and this can be harder for some apps than others. Due to the upgrades, psychological evaluations and various other”complexities” (PowerPCs are from Venus and Intels are from Mars), this process took a little too long for admirers and dissidents alike.
For DivX, the time has finally come to unveil from under the shroud of an XCoder’s will, the new(ish) svelte Player for Mac: leaner, meaner, and a whole lot more on the inside.
As well as being Universal Binary, DivX Player 2.0 is fully translated into French, German and Japanese and supports playback of DivX VOD movies. All this while still giving full screen away for free…naughty, naughty. Download it now.
*Update* - There was a small bug with language support in the initial post, please download again and reinstall for full support of French, German or Japanese Features:

Problem with VOD !!!
I bourght a lot of VOD in Divx but the problem is that he plays only on my MAC and not on my DIVX ULTRA player as the option to register the player and get the activation file is not available in the MAC version Yet. Can e please have another beta with that option !!!

Universal Bin is already a
Universal Bin is already a big step forward so it seems. Everything runs smooth now on my intel mac. Subtitles are probably coming.
