Bought new Plasma TV and trying to activate my registration number

Hi can anybody please help me out. For the last 2 days I have been trying to activate my TV with the registration code. Whenever I put my username or try to create a new one it always says network difficulty please come back later. Well, it's been 2 days now. Is there any other way of doing this or has anybody had a similar problem as myself.
Can somebody please let me know in what I am suppose to do?

I just tried accessing the same feature and it is working

It may be that your network is blocking it. Are you trying to play purchased content on your TV? If not, there is need to register your TV for DivX VOD playback. I would suggest that you contact DivX Support if are still having the problem.
