Divx Player will not open on Nokia N95 8Gb

hi
I have isntalled divx onto my phone successfully
but when i open it, it closes after with the error message:
Failed to alloc memory (109193992)
any ideas whats up?

divx 9.1 seems to work ok on

divx 9.1 seems to work ok on N95.. there is a bug on N95 though..

to prevent the app closing on start.. disable thumbnails if it does not disable them automatcally in 9.1 This was a problem with previous version too but if you can start a video before it bins out(very quickly) you can then get to the settings to change it manually.

Memory Alloc Fails

This error message may appear when DMP fails to allocate sufficient memory during startup. Please try closing all other running applications and restart DMP.

With phones like the N95 it's easy to inadvertantly leave a bunch of applications running in the background which can prevent other programs from starting.

Which phone are you using? The Nokia N95?

yes the N95 not 8 gig

not shown any videos

i have install Divxplayer on my n958gp but not shown any videos open no files found this massage displayed

0.89 on N95

I got a similar error with memory with .89.. I found a 0.88 install and that worked ok but has exspired. Any ideas dev????
it's an N95 on 3 contract, latest flash.
