Finding downloaded videos on my PC

Finding downloaded videos on my PC

Please help. I downloaded a video from the website by clicking the download button on divx player. It went into my temporary folder but I can't find the video on my pc, have looked in every folder and link. Is it possible to download videos onto the pc?

Same problem but on Mac

I just installed Divx Player 7.2 on my Snow Leopard laptop and downloaded my first movie via the .tix file. The film is open and playing in Divx Player but I can't find the video file anywhere on my hard drive. A Spotlight search turns up nothing and right-clicking on the film in the Media Library and selecting "open containing folder" returns the message: "The file "/Users/nealkatz/Movies/DivX Movies/Batman Begins.divx" appears to be missing".

Where IS the video file?

Thanks in advance!

Look for a folder called DivX Movies

Depending on when you installed DivX Player it could be in:

C:\Program Files\DivX\DivX Movies
or
My Documents\DivX Movies
or
My Documents\My Videos\DivX Movies
