Does dvix mkv play vc-1 mkv bd rip?

i try and i get no video on win7 x64

Unfortunately it doesn't. It only supports H.264 i think :(

I've asked them to inlude VC-1 support so here's to hoping they implement it. I think they should at least inluce MPEG2, VC-1 and H.264 for video and MP3, AC3, AAC for audio since that's what Windows 7 has native decoders for. It wouldn't make sense to implement a MKV media foundation file reader but exclude some of the supported codecs from it.

Are there any news on this? Will the DivX MKV splitter handle VC1 video as well as H264?
