Alus.geras,
Can you please tell us about your system (OS, service pack, 32 or 64-bit), and browser (Name, version), and tell us some URLs that cause the browser to crash?
If we can reproduce this crash it becomes much easier to locate and fix the problem.

My updated Java install has been jacking up my browser for about a year or ever since i uninstalled and reinstalled it. After running into a Divx Buffering error, i googled and came across this site. I ended up finding another forum where I read all about a Java uninstall bug screwing Firefox at: http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=921325. My Divx Web Player now works. Before it would play for a min or so then it would start buffering staying at zero percent, i would press play, a sec later it would keep buffering at zero, then repeat. To the best of my knowledge this bug is caused by a jacked up update/uninstall/reinstall of java. I also learned how to stop the java quick start plug-in by reading about it at the link. Just go to Start, Control Panel and change the setting in the Java icon (if using win xp 64 bit, the icon is in the "View x86 Control Panel Icons" folder).
