NAS and DivX Connected
Hi All,
I am considering setting up a media hub and quite like the Netgear ReadyNAS (http://www.netgear.com/Products/Storage/ReadyNASDuo/RND2000.aspx). It is both affordable and functional, and the support seems incredibly good.
Does anyone out there have one of these up and running with Connected? Are there any issues I should know of? Are there better alternatives?
Cheers...

it should work with Connected. The PC must still be on though. The Connected device can not stream directly from the NAS. It will work better if your PC and NAS have a wired network connection since the files must go from the NAS to the PC before going to the Connected device.
Hmmmm. I was kind of hoping that I wouldn't have to keep the PC switched on, but already figured that it was a necessity. My main priority is to have seperate and increased storage for my media, freeing up my PC's drives. RAID 1 is also handy.
Thanks for the heads up Mr Salmonsen - good to hear from you. If I have to keep the PC on then so be it.
Can anyone recommend the Netgear device however? Is it worth the money??
