No audio playback in Divx Player or DivXConnected - OK in WMP

As in the subject - I have some AVI files that play fine on a PC using Windows media player (on Vista 64bit) but no audio in DivXConnected PC. GSPOT says codec installed - identified as 0x0161 (WMA v2).
Any ideas how to get this to work???
