Problem with DivX Yet fine in Windows Media Player

Hello,
Thanks for taking the time to read this.

I have a problem with DivX (latest version) which I have reinstalled just to make sure it's not gone wrong in installation. The video in Windows Media Player plays fine, yet when loaded in DivX it seems to shake vertically for some unknown reason.

I have installed codecs as you can see in the image below:

If you have any suggestions then please feel free to help.

That says "XVID Mpeg-4"... I

That says "XVID Mpeg-4"... I thought DivX has it's own codec.
