iam looking for a DIVx WEBPLAYER PLAYLIST CREATOR
with thumbnails.. who can help.. Any software can
decode and create a playlist ???

I don't think such a thing exists.

Maybe you can try hooking javascript to the divx-player to detect end of files and start next file.
