Log In Error Divx Player
I want to register my Lg Arena for Divx.
I have made an account, I have installed the latest version of divx player but when I go to VOD => Register a DivX Certified Device =>
and i want to login it says "Unable to log in. The information you provided does not match our records. Please check your spelling and try agian. If you have forgotten your password, click 'Forgotten Password' in the Help Menu to modify your password."
Well the spelling is 100% correct and when I try to recover my password it says "You have entered an email address that is not currently registered.
So I thought I will just make another account and then I get this "A new Divx Account could not be created. An unrecognized error occurred."
Please help me out.

Oke I got the vids working it had to be converter to mobile version but i still can't create a new account I keep getting "unrecognized error"
and another problem you might be able to help me with is that the video's wont go full screen. Only 1/6 of my screen is the vid and the rest is black and when I try to zoom in with my mobile it won't go full screen it just keeps the same size.

I am using the divx player 7.2.0 on windows vista
First, please keep in mind that there is no reason to register your LG Arena for the DivX VOD service. However, VOD registration should work. See http://labs.divx.com/node/8825
To complete VOD registration you will need a DivX Account. Your DivX Account is not the same as your DivX Labs account. To create your DivX Account you will need to use DivX Player on your Mac or PC. Which are you using? Can you find the version number of the player on your computer from the "About" menu option?
Do you always receive the "unrecognized error" every time you try to create an account? It may have been a temporary problem so please try it again.
