I got a problem, i want to add subtitles to divx author and in the program its no problem, even in the preview the subtitle is shown, just when i convert the video,the subtitle isn`t in the output version...how it comes???ßthe settings are all right, do i miss something, kin dof a codec problem or something???

I have encountered problems
I have encountered problems when using this program with some idx/sub subtitles extracted from DVDs. The problem is that in some cases the subtitles are displayed in wrong colors.please help. - Garrett Hoelscher

I want to translate a few foreign rap videos and add the subtitle into the video and a higher quality audio file of this song ,and at last convert it and change it into a youtube-file .
I think i can`t upload as a native divx file to youtube?
so what would be the best way to do that?
If I use the muxer, is the subtitle can be seen on every player???
SRT Subtitles
Is the subtitle file an SRT? If so, you can try passing it through DivXMux-GUI:

You open the video file, and then select the subtitle SRT files you wish to mux, and then run your queue.
It's really fast, since it doesn't re-encode the video - it's just a straight up muxer.
