Duplicated frames when exporting divx AVI

I use Divx compression in my work process in After effects ( windows AVI).

When I import the final render back to AE, the AVI always have the first frame duplicated. This problem occurs for some of my colleagues, sometimes 2 or 3 frames are duplicated.

This happened in both version 5 and 6.

I would appreciate any suggestions on the matter, thanks.
