aspect ratio incorrect

I just installed the technical preview R3, I love the fact that it's using Media Foundation.
However! many of my MKV files are playing in the wrong aspect ratios using Media Center or WMP! Often times, there are black bars down the side of the screen for 16:9 content on a 16:9 screen. Other times, the video fill the screen properly, but the image is stretch. I verified in MediaInfo that the files are indeed encoded properly. I can provide clips to help you guys debug this issue. Let me know were to upload it. Lets get to gather and get this fixed!

WOW I was going crazy trying

WOW I was going crazy trying to figure out why my system was doing this but I can rest a little knowing I'm not alone. For me on some movies it clips the sides and stretches the picture top to bottom. It's very obvious when it happens. I have tested the same files on another HTPC setup using Vista and different playback solution and the files play correctly. I'm currently running Windows 7 Pro.
