All green in Divx [web] player for Mac OSX
For some reason, the Divx player is all green when playing a video. Any suggestions on how to fix? Cannot watch anything. Screenshot attached.
Thank you.

Hello,
There seem to be at least a few people having the same issue with a green and purple video - it literally looks bright green and to a lesser degree purple - when playing .avi files with Divx (latest) in MAC OSX Leopard Intel...
Any solutions yet?
Thanks a million!!

Sorry if this is too much or not enough... it's my first MAC and I'm still getting navigation figured out. Also, the problem occurs on both my primary and secondary displays. In addition, I honestly don't know if this would occur on the Web Player as I have only tried to play AVI from my own files.
Thanks again, and if I don't hear anything back before the 25th, have a great xmas...

Thanks, wojtak, that's great!
What would be even better is if you could also send us the output from glxinfo, which will tell us much more about your video card and the features it supports.
To do this, open the Terminal application and type:
glxinfo>$HOME/Desktop/glxinfo.txt
You should see the text file appear on your desktop. If you can e-mail me this file, amayo (at) divxcorp [dotcom] we can make more progress on tracking this problem down. Please include a link to this thread and your DivX Labs user name in the e-mail, it helps me keep track of all the mail I get :)
Appreciate the help,
- Alastair
Tried the old version, no dice. The Macpro uses a NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT.
I'm having the same problem, I would gladly reinstall the older version that worked fine if I could but it tells me the new version is still on my computer even though I've tried everything to get all the files out. The best I can do for now is download the files onto my hardrive and watch them later.
Can you follow the steps I posted here. It will help us track down the problem.
It looks like some of the Y U and V values are swapped.
What kind of graphics cards do you guys have?
I've got an NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT...
I have the same graphics card and problem. Will send the info file to amayo (at) divxcorp [dotcom].
Same Problem. Info sent via email.
But there is an easy solution. Pause the webplayer, cd ~/Movies/DivX Movies/Temporary Downloaded Files and open the *.ddat file with VLC (you need to open VLC first an drag it into the playlist).

Has anyone gotten any sort of resolution to this problem?
