New MacBook Pro Owner NEEDS Step By Step Intstallation of Divx Plus Player!!!!

Hi there,

I have a new MacBook Pro, and new to Macs as of 2 weeks now. I have tried many times to install Divx Plus Player. I have the ICONs but no player comes up. Yes I can play the test video, (which is stunning graphics!!) But I downloaded a movie and I can't open it in Divx Player yet.

One of my installation attempts brought BTV Carbon 5.4.1 with it, I don't understand as of yet how to pull it all together so it will work...as I am SO impressed and driven...

CamillaMac needs assistance please and thank you!

What kind of video?

Do you have a link to the video or can you tell us what kind it is (MKV, AVI, DivX...)?
