DivX7 Converstion Error

I am looking to be able to convert vob files on my DVD's to Divx format. I upgraded to a new PC with win7 64bit and am having issues. I am getting conversion error (78 or 90) and cannot figure out why. I noticed on another web FAQ that Divx does not support 64, it this still true with divX7? Could this be my issue?

I can post more details if needed. I found a link on how to capture the various logs but have since lost it and the Divx site is not playing nice today.
