No audio when using web player

Although I have no problems playing my divx files with my divx player,
when I run those same files with the web player, I do not have audio.
The video is fine, but no audio. Is there a codec I need specifically for the web player? Any suggestions?

AC3 Filter
Do you have the Ac3 filter? What kind of audio is it that you can't hear?

Yes, I have the ac3 filter, but it was installed nearly 3 years ago
(3/20/07). I cannot hear any audio. Again, I can hear audio if I play the file off-line. I can hear audio from any number of sources, but my no-sound problem is when I am previewing the web player program, after I have inserted the generated code. The video plays great, but no audio.
Use the software called Graphstudio to determine how your files are being handled, and decoding the audio. Try getting an update on your AC3Filter, make sure if you have Spdifer, that it's checked off for AC3.
