Problem writing divx on dvd
Hi,
I have some divx movies bigger than 700mb. I would like to burn them on a DVD so I can watch them on my tv via my dvd player. What ever softwares (Divx Player, Windows media player) I try, it doesn't work. I do not have problem doing so with divx files smaller than 700mb on a cd. But when I use a DVD format, nothing happen. I tried with two types of dvd brands, wich work find when I burn a dvd format. Just with the divx files it doesn't work
Do I miss something?
Thanks for your help.

ConvertXtoDVD is what you're looking for. It even takes MKV files. Once you convert your DVD, it automatically makes a nice menu too. As long as you actually do have a DVD burner, then you are all set. Sometimes people have a DVD player, and a cd burner, but no DVD burner, and they get confused. Hope this helps.
I also use DVD Santa, and though it's not nearly as good and doesn't have menus or except mkv, I can use them both at once to encode more files. Of course you can only burn one thing at a time, but encoding them is what takes a long time.
The fact that they are able to encode at the same time without interfering with each other is very nice. Hope you have a pretty good cpu, for all this encoding.
