Problem, can't find support forum. Divx crashing computer

Soo i cannot seem to figure this out. I watched movies the night before the problems started just fine. Then i recall installing 3 programs for DJing, so then the next morning i went to watch a movie, and that's when my computer started freezing before the divx even loaded completely. It would be on that opening little box loading screen when freezing. I dont know if anyone can point me in the right direction or somewhere i should be posting, that would be great.

I also tried rolling my computer back to an earlier date, that didnt work , i tried reinstalling, i dont know what else i can do!
