MPEG-4 to DivX?

I just bought a Flip Video camera. It outputs mpeg4 files that I want to convert to DivX files. I just upgrades to DivX Pro and it seems it still isnt able to do that conversion. Am I right, am I out of luck there?

How did you import it?

I have a Flip Mino HD, and I usually just mount it as a drive, and drag the files off onto my desktop. From there, I drop the MP4 files into DivX Converter. You can choose either Home Theater or HD 720p, and it should output a .divx file that'll play in your DivX certified device (like a PlayStation 3).

When you imported your video off the Flip to your computer, did you just drag/drop or use the Flip software? I haven't even bothered using the Flip software, so I'm not sure if this somehow could be affecting your conversion.
