If you install the DivX Plus Software for Windows, you'll get the latest DivX Plus Web Player:

Then, you'll need to either upload your video to your own hosting, or you can use a service like blip.tv.
Once you're DivX (.divx/.avi) or DivX Plus (MKV/H.264) file is hosted somewhere, you can generate the embed code for your webpage using the DivX Plus Web Code generator:

You can just paste that code in your website or blog.
