How do I install DivX pro without an Internet connection?

I bought DivX pro last night. When I tried to install it I needed an internet connection. I don't use internet on the computer I'm trying to put it on, because I have a number of sensitive + valuable files there and I don't want to risk viruses at the moment even with a firewall...

Is there anyway I can install DivX without an internet link?
