Problem downloading registration video

Hi

I've installed DivX onto my PC, so can register my Blu-ray player to play DivX movies (VOD).

I have created an account, registered my PC, but when I try and register my BR player, I put in the 10 digit code, give it a "nice" name and click next.

The next screen prompts for a location to save the "registration video" (which I need to play on the BR player), but when I click "next", the download doesn't even start, and I get a small window, titled "Failed to Register Device", and within the window, "An unrecognized error occurred".
