Mobile PC 6
My phone is an HTC Touch with Mobile 6. I read that you have tried Divx on a Touch and it worked fine....conflicts with ???
Divx installs fine. Starts loading but then quits. I have tried all the newer versions of Divx and they all do the same thing. I also tried loading it into internal memory and my memory card. Reset phone also.
Nothing seems to be working....any ideas???

I also have the same problem as "ravenride". the program just opens up and closes immidiately. im usin an hp ipaq 111 runnin windows mobile 6 classic n yes i installed version 0.89
I have the same problem as "ravenride" describes here above. All goes well, but shortly after starting up DivX Player, it closes again, on my htc herm200 (=Tytn) on windows mobile 6.
I am using divx player on my touch and it works great.
The (pocket pc) version is the one I'mm using.

We test DMP on several HTC phones including the Touch, Cruise, Mogul and 8525. I can't reproduce this problem so I have the same questions. Are you sure you have version 0.89 for "Windows Mobile 6 Professional" from http://mobile.divx.com/divx ? Do you get any error messages?
You are unable to install DivX Mobile Player 0.89? The installer just freezes?
Make sure you using the "Windows Mobile 6 Professional" version of DMP available at http://mobile.divx.com/divx
I was not able to install any of the DivX versions, i was getting the error message not a valid pocket pc application. All i want to do is to run a simple .avi file and it proving to be more trouble than its worth. can any 1 help here on this.
