Hi all
I have bought Divx Pro codecs, but when I try to render a file using Sony Vegas 10 I cannot see DivX in the list of available codecs.
I do remember years ago with an older version I was able to render using Divx in Vegas, is there a reason why I shouldn't see them now?

DivX and Sony Vegas 10c
It´s not a problem from divx codecs it´s a Sony Vegas problems.
I contacted the support team, they told me that divx was not supported in Vegas though it worked fine till version 9c.
You can go back and make it work in this 2 ways.
Use an old Vegas version.
Go to the folder where Vegas is installed. Open the folder FileIO Plug-Ins. Open folder aviplug. Rename aviplug.dll (ex.: aviplugoriginal.dll), get this same file from an older version of Vegas and paste it in this folder with the original name... now you´ll be able to open and produce divx videos again, but remember, if you try to create a DV video with this "hack" Vegas will crash because you´re no longer using the original dll for this version, so if you need to do this, rename the original aviplug.dll file and use it (switch at your will)
