Jerky playback
Have just had to re-install on a new computer (Windows 7 64bit 8mb)
Jagged fonts on screen and jerky playback
Using Intel HD 2000 graphics
Windows 7 only rates the graphics as 5.2
The profiler gives
Standard - 480x360 - 12.5 PAL
Hi-Def - 640x360 - 12.5 PAL
Multi sample - 2x
Everything worked fine on my 5 year old computer
Any advice and what should the server profiler results actually be?

We are using Windows 7 in the house for a long time and I suggest you would use this also. It's awesome. - Theodore Stroukoff

I'm using a Nvidia GeForce GTX 460 on a new PC which scores 7.5 but before that I was using a crappy PC at never really had any problems.

Thanks
It would appear that the HD 2000 is the cause of the problem
What graphics card are you using to achieve the 25 FPS?

(or do I just get a Boxee ;-)
NVIDIA GeForce
We're using a mid-range NVIDIA GeForce.
The performance settings (FPS and multi-sampling) only affect plugins, which require on-the-fly encoding, and should have no bearing on general video playback, which is streamed directly to the box and decoded there.
If you're playing non-DivX content, however, it might be worth taking a look at the CPU usage (right click on the start bar and select "Task Manager"), as this is transcoded into DivX format before it is sent to the box: if it's constantly at 100%, that may well be the cause of your issues.
Anti aliasing
Jagged fonts are usually caused by font anti-aliasing (e.g. ClearType) being disabled on your PC.
On a similar setup, we get 640x480 25fps, 1280x720 25fps and 4x.
On my W7 8mb pc I get 25 FPS
On my W7 8mb pc I get 25 FPS (PAL) at both 640x480 and 1280x720.
