HTML5 extension resets custom toolbars on restart of firefox 5

While the html5 extension is enabled it will remove any custom toolbars every few starts

it also immediately does this when you enable it after having it disabled, and when you disable it after having it enabled.

replicated in 6, 7, 8 and 9.

i will be filing for the version to be blocked so it isn't loadable even with ACR
