I am amazed to see just 5 messages for 2011 and one of them was started in 2009.
Doesn't that start alarm bells ringing in your heads? People are leaving your product alone as it has rather rapidly gone downhill (along with the support).
I myself have requested you post a list of the error codes and what they mean, this would eliminate the amount of people asking what error code XXX means.
I have also pointed out that after each single conversion it hands back the processor speed to the system, now at BELOW AVERAGE and not NORMAL. I requested that when I select HIGH when converting that the program KEEPS that speed until it completes ALL conversions. Why not add this function into the program so that we can select the amount of the processor that the program uses.
