from tools page where is device manager to input code?
Trying to register my 40GB PS3 with DivX. When I go into DivX Player and click on device manager I select register device, type my 8 digit code in that I got from my ps3 system settings/ DivX VOD playback, and I give it the name ps3 then click on register device and everytime it tells me there's a network failure. My brother who also has a 40GB ps3 was able to register his with out any problems. Now that I have tried to register it more than once it tells me I can no longer register them anymore and I have already tried de-activating one to try and re-register it and no luck. I called sony and the guy told me he didn't have any information on how to register your ps3 with divx. He didn't even know it was part of the update.... can anybody help??

How do I buy this software?
I am a Network Engineer, but when the Host doesn't respond I just
point fingers. We're trained to do that.
Do you have any specific security settings enabled that prevent a specific protocol or reject a certificate?

I went to the Labs page and saw that the Dr 2.0.0 Final was available. On clicking on the download link I was taken to the download page where only Beta7 was available - so where is the final version?
I also clicked on the Forum link to ask there but came up with a 404 page. I finally got here by clicking on a "newest topic" link on the Labs page and then continuing from there, quite a convoluted way of finding you.
I'm also having problems with encoding with 7 beta. I tried with 2 videos but each time I got stuck on encoding audio where it stopped at about 30% done and the "time remaining" clock just kept increasing. The last time I did this (last night) it was left for 12 hrs but still showed more then 24hrs remaining.
I hope you can help on this matter.

DivX has got me going around in circles trying to find the latest version. No matter what version I install, I get the same message (newer version available). Apart from that, the software works one day like a dream - followed by 3 days of technical problems (nothing works) - I appreciate all the effort going in - really - but is there any one person on top of it all? I've never found the Converter to work - apart from once - and now Dr DivX stops on 60%. If it carries on like this I'm likely to end up in an asylum for the criminally insane. Am I the only one?

Looping around like mad trying to find it. I installed the beta .92 and get a message stating a newer player is available and can't use it. Where? No matter what version I install, I get the same message.
Double check your letter for the direct address to the file and make sure to use the correct capitalization.
Where is the "tom" page, dammit?
