Is it possbile to create a Divx DVD?
(I mean with menus like DVD)

Oh yes it is :)

There is different ways of doing it :

- DivX Converter (Advanced option)
- DivX Menu Creator (http://labs.divx.com/MenuBuilder)

But the easiest one is DivX Author (http://www.divx.com/divx/windows/author/?cid=DP0000096)
