Hi!, I am a custumer of yours and use Divx Web Player alot on my website. Thing is... when i choose a video-thumbnail, it disappears from my harddrive after playing the video. I can set the image to "write protected" and it doesn't get deleted, but somethimes I forget this and my prepared video-thumbnail are lost forever.
any ideas what causing this?
