Is it possible to install DIVX Mobile on the Samsung F490?
Also, if it isn't available, do you have any plans to make the application for the phone?

F490 not supported

DivX Mobile Player is only available for Symbian and Windows Mobile devices. This does not include the Samsung F490.

We can't comment on future plans, however, the Samsung F500 is currently available in Europe and natively supports DivX playback.
