Use DivX Converter, and choose the "Mobile" profile. For best results, change your settings to convert into DivX video at 24 or 30 fps, 320x240 resolution, 300 kbps video and 128 kbps stereo audio.
Using DivX Converter for Windows...
- Drag and drop a video onto Converter
- Converter should say 1 File in Queue
- Click on View List
- Click on Modify
- Set Certification Profile to Mobile Profile
- If you see an Advanced button, click on it
- Check Limit Total Average Bitrate
- Adjust Video, try something between 200 to 300
- Adjust Audio, try something between 96 to 128
- Click on OK
- Click on Convert
